“Fresh From Florida” member Sweetwater Organic Community Farm will celebrate this year’s grand opening of “Sweetwater Sundays” farmers market on Sunday, October 18. Now in its tenth year, the farmers market will run every Sunday, except for Easter Sunday, through May 2016 from noon to 4 p.m.

Sweetwater Organic Community Farm is an urban organic farm in the Town ‘n’ Country area of Tampa. Organic, handcrafted, Florida-made, and homegrown products will be featured at the local market. The following special events will be available during the grand opening:

11 a.m. – noon Morning Yoga with Gururas
12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Live local music featuring:
Treble Hook
Charlie Bill & Two-Wheel Ride
1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Free farm tour
2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. Open mic
